Garlic, or Allium Sativum is a simple food, easily found and commonly used in worldwide cooking cuisine; garlic is also known commonly to all levels of people about it’s great health benefits as well as a traditional medicine. 2. Garlic recommended for hangover, bites, stings or even poison. It is also believed to be an antidote to snakebite where farmer used garlic in the fields as an emergency remedy. As for hangover, a morning soup of onions and garlic will be a great started to deal with the hangover.
3. Garlic improved blood circulation, thinning the blood, reduces arteries blockage, reduces blood pressure and most important of all is the ability to fight against heart diseases. It has the effect to reduce cholesterol level and fats in the blood stream.
