Garlic, or Allium Sativum is a simple food, easily found and commonly used in worldwide cooking cuisine; garlic is also known commonly to all levels of people about it’s great health benefits as well as a traditional medicine. 3. Garlic improved blood circulation, thinning the blood, reduces arteries blockage, reduces blood pressure and most important of all is the ability to fight against heart diseases. It has the effect to reduce cholesterol level and fats in the blood stream.
